I am a UK tax payer and I request that all donations and subscriptions I have made to payable to the Canterbury Cantata Trust since 21st September 2015 and all donations and subscriptions I may make hereafter be treated as Gift Aid declarations.

Gift Aid will be claimed for all donations and subscriptions, but not for the purchase of scores.

Amici members please note that the extent that members may be deemed to be receiving tuition at rehearsals, they are receiving a benefit, which does not qualify for Gift Aid. The trustees have decided upon 10% of the sum paid for subscription should constitute a payment for tuition, which will be deducted from the total subscription to arrive at the amount eligible for Gift Aid and reclaim of tax.

Please notify us if you

a. want to cancel this declaration

b. change your name or home address

c. no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains.

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
